Ingredients

white fish

tablespoon
olive oil (or cooking spray)

tablespoon
Taco Seasoning
1
medium
red onion
diced
¼
head of red cabbage
shredded
½
bunch
cilantro
chopped
1-2
limes
quartered
12
small corn or flour tortillas
Chipotle Almond Dip
optional
Instructions
Thaw white fish (if using frozen), put it dry, and then brush both sides of the thawed fish with olive oil (or cooking spray).
Next, coat both sides of the fish with taco seasoning.
Cook the fish in air fryer (or oven) for 12 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 145°.
While fish is cooking, prepare toppings. Chop onions, cilantro, cabbage, and limes.
Heat tortillas if desired.
When fish is done, flake fish with a fork.
Assemble the tacos and enjoy!
