Air Fryer Fish Tacos

Delicious fish tacos for a quick and easy weeknight dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound white fish
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (or cooking spray)
  • 2 tablespoon Taco Seasoning
  • 1 medium red onion diced
  • ¼ head of red cabbage shredded
  • ½ bunch cilantro chopped
  • 1-2 limes quartered
  • 12 small corn or flour tortillas
  • Chipotle Almond Dip optional

Instructions
 

  • Thaw white fish (if using frozen), put it dry, and then brush both sides of the thawed fish with olive oil (or cooking spray).
  • Next, coat both sides of the fish with taco seasoning.
  • Cook the fish in air fryer (or oven) for 12 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 145°.
  • While fish is cooking, prepare toppings. Chop onions, cilantro, cabbage, and limes.
  • Heat tortillas if desired.
  • When fish is done, flake fish with a fork.
  • Assemble the tacos and enjoy!
