Ingredients
  

For each individual serving

  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup berries of choice
  • ¼ cup walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Layer the yogurt, berries and walnuts in a jar or bowl. For meal prep, layer it so that the yogurt and walnuts are not touching. Stir together just before eating.
