Bread dipping oil is a quick appetizer made with olive oil, dried minced garlic and balsamic vinegar. Pair it with fresh crusty bread for an easy starter that's ready in minutes.

- ½ teaspoon dried minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- salt to taste optional
Sprinkle the dried minced garlic evenly over a small plate.
Pour the olive oil over the garlic, then drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the top.
Season with a little salt if desired, especially if using a very sweet balsamic vinegar.
Serve with your favorite bread for dipping. Enjoy!
