Bread dipping oil is a quick appetizer made with olive oil, dried minced garlic and balsamic vinegar. Pair it with fresh crusty bread for an easy starter that's ready in minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ teaspoon dried minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • salt to taste optional

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle the dried minced garlic evenly over a small plate. 
  • Pour the olive oil over the garlic, then drizzle the balsamic vinegar over the top. 
  • Season with a little salt if desired, especially if using a very sweet balsamic vinegar.
  • Serve with your favorite bread for dipping. Enjoy!
