Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwich

Chicken Caesar salad sandwiches combines the best parts of a Caesar salad and a chicken salad sandwich in to one easy meal. Chopped chicken, crisp romaine, parmesan and creamy dressing are packed onto a fresh hoagie roll. Great for a quick lunch or a light dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce hearts chopped small
  • 1 cup cooked chicken chopped small
  • ½ cup mini croutons
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • cup Caesar salad dressing
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 hoagie or sandwich rolls (or bread of choice)

Instructions
 

  • Combine all the ingredients in to a large bowl. Mix until all ingredients are coated with the Caesar salad dressing. Add any more Caesar salad dressing, salt or pepper to taste.
  • Toast the sandwich rolls if so desired.
  • Depending on the size of the bread, add about one cup of the Caesar salad mixture to each sandwich roll. Enjoy!
