Chocolate Protein Powder Bites

Chocolate protein powder bites are an easy, no bake snack made with simple pantry ingredients. They're great for meal prep and perfect for when you need something quick and satisfying with a little extra protein.

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup chocolate protein powder
  • ¼ cup water
  • ¼ cup ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup crunchy almond butter
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Add the chocolate protein powder and water to a medium bowl. Stir until the protein powder is fully dissolved and makes a paste.
  • Add the ground flaxseed, maple syrup, crunchy almond butter, old fashioned oats and chocolate chips. Stir until all the ingredients are combined and evenly distributed.
  • Using a medium cookie scoop, measure out 2 tablespoon portions and then shape them into balls. Place the balls on a baking sheet or plate.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm. Serve or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
