Dairy Free Ranch Seasoning Mix

Dairy free ranch seasoning mix is a quick homemade blend made with dried herbs and spices. Great for dips, dressings, roasted vegetables and chicken recipes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons parsley dried
  • 1 tablespoon dill dried
  • 1 tablespoon chives dried
  • 1 tablespoon onion flakes dried
  • 1 ½ teaspoon garlic powder dried
  • 1 ½ teaspoon onion powder dried
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Add all spices to a jar that holds 4 ounces or more. Shake well before each use.

Notes

Each makes 2+ cups of ranch dressing or dip: 
Dairy free ranch dressing: 1 ½ cups cashew yogurt, ½ cup mayo, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon water or plant based milk, and 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix. Whisk together. 
Regular ranch dressing: ⅔ cup sour cream, ⅔ cup buttermilk, ⅔ cup mayo, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix. Whisk together. 
Vegan ranch dressing: 2 cups cashew yogurt, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix. Whisk together. 
Regular ranch dip: 2 cups sour cream, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix. Whisk together. 
Vegan ranch dip:  2 cups vegan sour cream, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix. Whisk together.
